Terms of service

You must be 18 or older to place an order.

A digital memorial video made from the photos you upload, with the music and words you choose. It's delivered by link: we email you a link to watch and download it. There is no physical product.

Before you pay, you see a free preview with a watermark. The final video is the same video, without the watermark and in full quality.

Prices are in US dollars and include tax: Basic $24, Standard $39, Premium $59 (coming soon). You pay exactly the price shown.

Our orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy sells the video to you, takes the payment and handles sales tax and VAT. Your purchase is also covered by Lemon Squeezy's own terms, shown at checkout.

• Only upload photos you have the right to use. This matters most for photos that show people.
• Before you pay, you confirm this with a checkbox. You are responsible for that confirmation.
• Don't upload anything offensive, illegal, or that shows someone without their permission where it's needed. We may refuse or cancel such an order.
• Your photos stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to make your preview and your video.

• Your uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 3 days.
• You can pay for a preview within 60 hours of creating it. After 3 days it expires and your photos are deleted.
• The link to your final video stays available for: Basic: 7 days, Standard: 14 days, Premium: 30 days. Please download your video before then.

You can change anything in your preview before you pay: photos, their order, the music and the words. Once you pay, the video is made exactly from that preview and is final. We remake a video only if something went wrong on our side. See our refund policy.

We never edit, retouch or generate your photos. No generative AI is used on them. To keep your pet and the people in frame, a small recognition model runs in your own browser and only finds where they are in each photo. Your photos are never sent to an AI service.

The music is instrumental, licensed for use in your video.

The video is for personal use: keep it, watch it and share it with family and friends, including on your personal social media. You may not resell it. The music in it may not be used on its own.

We do our best to make every video well and on time. If a video is late or has a technical problem caused by us, our refund policy explains what we do. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you ordered stay in force for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
