Questions you may have

How do I receive my video?
It's a digital video, delivered by link. We email you the link within about 10 minutes after you pay. You can watch it, download it and share it.
Portrait or landscape: which should I choose?
Portrait (9:16) is best for sending by phone, Stories, Reels and WhatsApp. Landscape (16:9) is best for a TV, a computer, YouTube or a screening at a memorial. Photos in the other orientation are included whole, smaller, with a soft blurred background.
Which photos work best?
Clear photos where their face is visible, ideally with their eyes. Use the original photos from your phone or camera; photos saved from WhatsApp, Facebook or screenshots are smaller and look blurrier. A mix of close-ups, favorite spots and moments with family works beautifully.
Do you change my photos?
No. We never edit or retouch your photos, and there is no AI animation. Each photo gets a gentle zoom or pan, a soft transition, music and your words.
Can I see the video before I pay?
Yes. You see a free preview with a watermark before you pay, and you can change photos, their order, the style and your words as often as you like. Once you pay, we make the final video.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Choose “This is a gift” and add their name and email. When the video is ready, you can watch it first and then send it to them from your video page.
What happens to my photos?
They're used only to make your video and are deleted automatically after 3 days. The video link stays active for 7, 14 or 30 days, depending on your option.
What if something isn't right?
If your video isn't delivered within 24 hours, you get a full refund. If something is wrong on our side, like a photo turned the wrong way, we fix it and make the video again for free.
